Juan makes me feel good about the state of hospitality. He could run the place and probably will someday, He was professional but fun and knows the place.

Pros:

Location was great (5 minutes from the Kalahari and pretty much everything else in the area). Rooms were very nice and mostly clean (some spotting on doors).

Cons:

Walls were a little thin (not too terrible though) but I could hear the person in the room next to us snoring all night.. People above were kinda loud as well but you get that pretty much anywhere you go.

Much needed getaway.
Pros:

Very family friendly and visitor friendly. The lobby is warm and welcoming. There is a lot of places to hang out, talk, play games and enjoy your time out of your room. I like how friendly and helpful everyone was and always being greeted with a smile whenever we walked in. (I thought that only happened in movies).

Would stay here again as long as we don’t get stuck in a room a smoker used.
Pros:

Good location, nice new hotel.

Cons:

The original room we were assigned was a non-smoking room that someone had been HEAVILY smoking in. The staff moved us, but it the first room was nauseating for how badly it reeked of cigarettes.
