Hotel staff was very friendly and room was very clean and neat. The vinly floors were great in room.
Pros:

The breakfast was sufficent. My only complaint was there should be instructions on the wall of the pancake maker and toast machine. Most people didn't know how to get them to work. But was great once we were told what to do.

Cons:

Well, my husband got in the shower only to find out the body wash was empty. I did not pack any because every hotel we have stayed in the last few years had dispenser full. He had to wash with hand soap!

Pros:

The employees were very nice. Location was easy on/off hwy.

Cons:

For being a new hotel the bed was not comfortable and you could clearly hear the people next door through the walls.

Wisconsin Dells in April
Pros:

The Tru brand has some nice amenities (water station for refilling bottles, workout room and modern rooms) targeted at a younger generation. They are also dog friendly. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

Cons:

How to feel perky when you are heavily used? The property just feels like it struggles to bear its responsibilities. I am not sure there is a good solution in this location.

Pros:

Fair. Hard to find as it is tucked behind 2 other hotels and signage not easily visible from the road. Walls are thin and noise from adjacent room was bothersome.

Great stay!
Pros:

Staff was great! I was super impressed by the texting option. Our toilet was clogged and just sent a text. They responded immediately and the team member who came up I was super impressed by. Not only did he fix it very quickly he also brought back more clean towels and cleaned it up. We were super impressed by his professionalism. Please tell him thank you for us again and to keep up the great work!
