Will not stay here again. And I’m a Marriot member.
Pros:

Very helpful staff, very clean, and they had good coffee.

Cons:

The bed mattresses were not comfortable in king or queen rooms. I changed rooms after 3 nights, and moved to a different hotel after the 4th night for the rest of my stay in Dayton. The patrons of this hotel were also very noisy, perhaps due to the downtown location.

The girl at the front desk was excellent.

Cons:

The room was run down, it stunk, amd the beds were weird almost felt like they were broken, and not comfortable.

Last minute trip spent in luxury

Located close to the sumo resort of Dayton and a great place for parents to stay when visiting the kids.

Enjoyed our time there and would most definitely stay there in the future.
Pros:

Nice & clean! Great location! We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant! The staff was very welcoming, friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Parking wasn’t the most convenient but was ok.

OK Place but NOT as Advertised

The hotel was convenient to the wedding venue we had come for.

Cons:

Check staff couldn't get my reservation right. I booked through booking.com and prepaid but the charged my card 1480.00 and said they were just putting a deposit on the card. Than my booking came with breakfast included and everymorning we had to have a discussion to make that right as well. They kept blaming Booking.com. We had a corner suite however the room was kind of minimalist as well there is a bar called PINS right out side the window that played loud music until late in the evening and it started around 11 in the morning.

I pay valet they left the car outside the hotel next morning covered on snow.
Really bad. I never experinced thing like that in a Marriot hotel.
