Important information:

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm.
If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex.

- PARKING: Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable.

A lovely stay in a two-bed apartment
Pros:

I was travelling with my family, including my 11-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. I had asked reception if it would be possible for us to stay in the same apartment, and they exceeded our expectations by accommodating us in a two-bedroom apartment where we didn’t have to share the kitchen or living room with anyone else.

Cons:

Even after I’d been through reception at the DCU apartments, received the instructions and had the map in my hand, I had great difficulty finding the right entrance to the guest apartments

Value for money
Pros:

Clean and spacious, bus routes into the city centre where great and an app to help you get around easy.

Cons:

Echoes and doors between rooms where heavy so couldn't quietly move in the apartment. Very warm no air con or fans available and windows limited opening. Bed was two.singles made into double but could feel edge in middle.

Un poco lejos del centro pero bien. Es una residencia universitaria que cumple con lo básico: cómoda, tranquila y a buen precio para lo que suele ser Dublín.

Cons:

Hay que caminar un rato desde la recepción hasta la habitación

Pros:

Todo el sitio y la posibilidad de compartir cocina, y salon es una maravilla. Todo esta muy limpio y cuidado. Muy recomendable

Very good
Pros:

We liked that bedrooms have separate private sitting room with fully equipped kitchen and also a balcony

Cons:

Wi-Fi was very bad, we had to connect TV from our own phones hot-spot to be able to watch YouTube on TV. Apart from that everything was perfect and I wouldn't mind come back there again

Pros:

A pesar de los comentarios que vi, nosotros pudimos descansar perfectamente, sin ruidos ni molestias. Hay un guardia constantemente.
Aunque está un poco apartado del centro, hay varias lineas de autobuses urbanos que funcionan las 24 horas, así que moverse no es problema.

Cons:

Todo fue correcto. Únicamente el precio sí era elevado, teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y que no es realmente un hotel (aunque una vez en la habitación no tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles que se suponen mejores), pero Dublin es caro e imagino que para las fechas que elegimos era todavía más caro (St.Patrick's)
