Pros:

Понравилась только цена, все остальное было неудовлетворительно

Cons:

Расположение: не прямо чтобы близко к центру, находится у подножья холма, никакие общественные транспорты близко не ходят, поэтому до центра на такси надо добираться. Прямо под окнами автомойка, поэтому все время шумно.
Комфорт: плесень в ванной комнате, перебои горячей и теплой воды, нет кондиционеров. Номера самые обычные для Еревана.
Мы приезжали на неделю и нас на три дня заселили в номер поменьше с одной кроватью, потому что наш был занят видите ли, и не было никакой компенсации.
Если есть возможность, поищите что-то получше.

Недорогой отель рядом с посольством США
Pros:

Можно заселиться ночью, ехать от аэропорта недалеко. Можно постираться, есть вайфай, кондиционер.

Cons:

Стоит на оживленной улице напротив мойки, всегда шумно. Не было тв.

Pros:

отель бронировали, поскольку необходимо было отдохнуть перед ночным вылетом. Цена низкая. Какая цена, такой и номер, в целом ничего неожиданного. Для того, чтобы принять душ и отдохнуть перед вылетом, а не сидеть в аэропорту пол ночи вполне сойдет.

Cons:

Кровать ужасная. Для проживания больше одной ночи не рекомендую.

Have seen better places, will choose another hotel next time.
Pros:

Reasonable price, close to the airport (about 20 minutes drive) and to the bus station Kilikia.
Armenia is a beautiful country!

Cons:

The hotel located on a small street, and if you want to get to the civilization, you have to walk uphill on the dusty gravel road, not the most pleasant experience.
There is no shower cabin, just the drain hole in the bathroom floor, so all the water distributes around the bathroom floor, making it very slippery. And some mold on the walls due to high humidity, which is very unsafe. It also could use a shelf in the bathroom, there isn't any place to put the shampoo or the toothbrush.
We have lived there for about 6 days, the room have never been cleaned or even trash bin 🗑 emptied.
The room itself is tiny, no place for clothes or even for a suitcase. Just few hooks behind the door.

Для одной ночевки нормально
Pros:

Приемлемая цена. Хозяин встретил в 2 часа ночи. Когда не было воды из-за аварии хозяин принес 5л питьевой воды. Большое спасибо владельцу за отзывчивость.

Cons:

Горячая вода работала с перебоями, возможно нужно было уточнить как пользоваться. Одну ночь были шумные соседи до 2 часов музыка и громко разговаривали.
