Pros:

綺麗だし、アメニティやウェルカムドリンクなども豊富でめちゃくちゃコスパよかったです！！！朝ごはんも無料だし、ビジホより全然いい

とてもサービスが良く、スタッフの皆様も親切で良かったです。また利用したいです。

2度目あり！また来たいです！

ベッドの寝心地がとても良く、フードは少し高めでしたが味が美味しかったです。4号線からのアクセスも良く、また利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

駐車場が臭く、牛フンのような臭いがして、入り口入るまで不快でした。しかし、来店後は臭いは気にならなかった。スタッフと対面して部屋を選ばなければならず、必ず対面して対応しないといけなかったです。YouTubeやゲーム等の無料視聴やレンタルがなかったので、ぜひ導入して欲しいです。

たくさんのシャンプーバーもありボディーソープに洗顔もたくさん選べてよかった

Welcomeドリンクもありよかったです。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

ビジネスホテルより綺麗だし広いし最高でした。
お風呂も広いしテレビ付きで最高でした。

欲を言えば温泉だったら那須に来たらこちらに泊まりたいです。

ファミリーむけの施設ではなかったので詳しい説明を載せて欲しかった。

特典の焼きたてクレープ無料のサービスやウェルカムドリンクでアルコールがあるところや、ウェルカムアイスのサービス、朝食の選べるサービスとクオリティが良かった。貸し出しシャンプーやコンディショナー、ボティーソープや洗顔・クレンジングなど種類が豊富でとても良かった。備え付けのストレートアイロンやくし型アイロン、ドライヤーがSALONIAなのが良かった。
加湿機能付き空気清浄機があるのが良かった。
部屋のお皿やコップ、スプーンにまで清掃済みのビニールで包装されていて清潔なのを信用できた。
TVが大型のもので大変良かった。
枕元にあったアメニティに蒸気アイマスクがあるのが良かった。
注文したアルコールがしっかり濃く、量もあり、なおかつ保温性があるタンブラー（THERMOS）で提供されたので最後までしっかり冷えた状態で頂けた。
シャワーヘッドがリファを使っていて良かった。

Cons:

いつもは無いと思うが、その日はソファーの背もたれに髪の毛が付着していたのが気になった。
駐車場からフロントまでの通路が夜間だと分かりづらい。複数上がれる階段があり迷ってしまう。
