Full amenities and nice staff
Pros:

Very lovely front desk lady who tries to communicate with English speakers in any way she can. Spacious parking garage. Very large room. Full amenities; they even have massage chair, ceiling speakers, jacuzzi bathtub, and adult stuff for people who need them. Breakfast is included and brought to my room at a specific time I chose.

Cons:

Bathroom tile gouts have some back spots

Was planning on sightseeing but ended up just staying in the room relaxing all day
Pros:

- Best thing was the facilities, especially considering the price - private bath with bath salts and bubble bath, massage chair, sofa, handheld massage gun, queen-size bed, all for 6000 yen a night!
- Staff seemed a bit confused that I had booked for non-love purposes, but once they got over that they were very sweet
- Room service breakfast included in the price, and cheap room service (most meals 660 yen total) 24/7 (not restaurant-quality but decent-to-good)
- Music box music playing in the corridor continuously helped lull me into a relaxed state, but was easily blockable by closing the hallway door if desired
- Generally an absolutely massive room

Cons:

- No windows! Or rather, they were painted over - I could open one but I couldn't keep it open for long because it was loud outside
- Wifi was either slow (most of the time) or didn't work (some of the time)
- Not dirty, but a bit dusty in places
- "Pixelated videos" interspersed amongst the normal TV channels when clicking through them - bit of a jumpscare, I'd rather they all be in one chunk
