Nothing. Worst "hotel" I've visited ever.

Cons:

The property was an insecure, unsanitary place, offering misguided information through Booking (in fact I was never informed that is was a Motel of adult content /sexual services and not a Hotel as promoted). They offered prostitutes at the reception.

遠いけれどマイカーの人はコスパが良い
Pros:

車移動できる人なら、平安神宮からだと宿泊費が安くて駐車場代もないので助かります。
ラブホなのでアメニティが充実しています。
エレベーター出ると入浴剤を自分で選択して容器に詰めるサービス。部屋にも別な物が使い捨てタイプで置いてある。部屋もベッドも広くて、マットが良いのかヘタレもなくて寝心地は良かったです。

Cons:

タバコ臭いので窓を開けたかったけれど、縁が汚くて触れませんでした。消臭剤もあるけれど役に立たないレベルです。
空気清浄機が年代物でうるさくて汚かった。タバコ臭いので機械の臭気は気にならなかった。
ドライヤーは昭和の壁に付いているタイプでサビてます。価格から見たら気になりませんが持参するのがおすすめ。ポットも旧式で沸くのに時間がかかるけれどキレイに手入れしてあります。ジェットバスは使えませんが広い浴槽。コンセントはベッド周りと洗面所にはありません。入口側に3箇所ありました。フリーWi-Fiだけど全くつながらず、なんならモバイル通信も電波が一つしかないの初めてみました。

It is a hotel for couples to have a good time.
Pros:

Very good
nice bathroom with bubbles
For the van garage 2 m height didn’t fit.
But we parked under the highway just outside the hotel no problem 😉
