4 stelle con acqua salata: assolutamente non all’altezza della categoria.
Pros:

Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione è molto bella, di fronte alla spiaggia, e fare colazione direttamente sulla sabbia davanti al mare, con le tartarughe, è sicuramente piacevole.

Cons:

L’hotel viene venduto su Booking come un 4 stelle, ma sinceramente la nostra esperienza è stata molto lontana dagli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato.
La criticità più grave è stata senza dubbio l’acqua salata sia nella doccia che nel lavandino. È un aspetto che ci ha lasciati davvero increduli e che, a nostro avviso, dovrebbe essere chiaramente segnalato agli ospiti. Ancora più sorprendente è il fatto che, nonostante il punteggio molto alto della struttura su Booking, questa cosa non venga praticamente mai menzionata nelle recensioni. Facciamo sinceramente fatica a capire come una caratteristica così importante possa passare quasi inosservata.
Abbiamo inoltre trovato formiche nell’armadio e in bagno. Siamo perfettamente consapevoli di trovarci su un’isola tropicale, immersa nella vegetazione, quindi la presenza di qualche insetto non ci scandalizza affatto. Il problema è che, quando una struttura viene proposta e pagata come un 4 stelle, ci si aspetta un livello di pulizia, manutenzione e comfort decisamente superiore.
La camera era inoltre molto buia e presentava costantemente un odore molto sgradevole, difficile da identificare, simile a pesce.
Anche la colazione è stata deludente.
Il punto principale della nostra recensione non è che la struttura sia necessariamente terribile, ma che a nostro avviso non rispecchia minimamente gli standard di un 4 stelle e, di conseguenza, nemmeno il prezzo richiesto per esserlo.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit guter Lage, aber die Haltung der Fische hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich negativ
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, grün und gepflegt dadurch hat man am Pool eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist super, da Restaurants und Beach Bars schnell erreichbar sind. Auch der Sunset Spot und die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder sind große Pluspunkte. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider hat uns die Haltung der Kois im Badezimmer sehr gestört. Um die Dusche herum befindet sich ein kleines, flaches Becken mit fünf Kois. Die Fische wirkten auf uns sehr verängstigt und gestresst und versteckten sich sofort, sobald man sich näherte. In unserer ersten Nacht sprang schließlich ein Koi aus dem Becken und verendete in der Dusche. Auch in den folgenden Nächten hörten wir immer wieder, wie die Fische stark im Wasser aufsprangen. Das Personal räumte den toten Fisch am nächsten Tag weg, scheinbar ist das keine große Sache. Wir finden diese Art der Tierhaltung nicht artgerecht und würden uns wünschen, dass das Resort dies dringend überdenkt. Tiere sollten nicht zur Belustigung vom Menschen und zu deren Leid gehalten werden.

Die Fahrräder sollten besser gewartet werden. Bei einem Fahrrad funktionierte die Bremse nicht richtig und insgesamt waren einige Räder sehr klapprig. Bei dem regen Verkehr wäre es toll wenn man Licht und Klingel nachrüsten könnte.

Tout était bon parfait! Loin de l’agitation du centre-ville et face a une plage sublime.

Il bagno con il laghetto pieno di pesci

Cons:

Camere non pulitissime, umide e con un odore da chiuso. Il condizionatore aveva i filtri sporchi e non aveva la funzionalità di deumidificatore. Purtroppo stavamo anche perdendo il traghetto perché il personale non ha gestito bene la prenotazione della carrozza che ci doveva portare al porto. Colazione inclusa purtroppo pessima.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena porque la isla es pequeña. Necesitas moverte en bici o moto, aunque recomiendo moto ya que hay tramos de carretera oscuros y no es muy recomendable pasarlos con calma a según qué hora. El baño es una pasada y la habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

La pisicina es pequeña y la playa del hotel no es apta para baño.

Amazing place to stay and enjoy sunsets
Pros:

Boutique resort on the sunset side of the island with very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, very nicely decorated and the outdoor bathroom area has fishes you can feed. Pool area is welcoming and relaxing, the beach restaurant is amazing for catching the sunset. Amazing stay in the best part of the island, with other beach bars nearby. Rent an electric scooter to enjoy the whole island, it’s well worth it.

Joli mais le gérant est malhonnête, et puce dans la chambre. Dommage presque parfait

L’endroit est parfait (au calme à gili T)
L’hôtel est très mignon et à taille humaine.
Le restaurant est bon et à un bon prix pour l’île.

Cons:

Il y avait des puces dans le lit (qui venait de la poutre au dessus du lit)
Malgré la fait que nous l’ayons signalé, le personnel a mis du temps à intervenir.
Nous voulions changer d’établissement pour la suite de notre séjour pour des raisons évidentes d hygiène mais le gérant a refusé de nous rembourser la dernière nuit en expliquant qu’il ne pouvait pas le faire sans l’accord de booking (sous prétexte qu’il n’aurait pas les liquidités pour le faire et que la manip serait impossible, ce qui est faux)
Booking a donné son accord et l’établissement a tout de même refusé, faisant preuve d une mauvaise fois crasse. Bref très joli, mais le gérant est un menteur, autant aller donner son argent à des gens sympas et honnêtes, c’est pas ce qui manque.

Bellissimo
Pros:

Fantastico, la stanza pulita in ottima posizione. Spot sulla spiaggia dove poter far colazione, aperitivi, pranzo e cena con vista tartarughe al mattino e tramonti pazzeschi alla sera. La camera pazzesca con bagno Balinese aperto e laghetto con carpe koi attorno alla doccia. Fantastico

Cons:

La camera diceva di essere vista mare ma non era vista mare. Si vede la piscina ma rimane arretrata ed il mare nn si vede.

Beach paradise!
Pros:

I stayed at this property for 4 weeks in July to work on book and relax on the beach, and it was the perfect choice. It's located on sunset beach, the most beautiful part of the island. The property is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is lovely. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this is the best hotel by far.

Emplacement idéal : À proximité immédiate de la plage et à seulement 2 km du port
.Cadre magnifique : Très belle villa avec piscine, offrant un coucher de soleil exceptionnel.
Calme absolu : L'endroit est très paisible et propice à la détente.
Service appréciable : Petit-déjeuner correct composé d'un plat et de deux boissons.
Bonus gratuit : Deux vélos sont disponibles par villa ou chambre pour explorer l'île librement.

Breakfast in front of the beach was very nice.
