Хотелось бы видеть территорию у реки Раздан внизу ущелья более ухоженной и располагающей к отдыху.
Pros:

Арзни - санаторий. Арзни - известный источник минеральной воды. В 25 мин езды от Еревана. Медицинские услуги - обычные по составу для санаториев такого типа. Хотя гостей в санатории было немало, нигде особенно ждать получения процедуры не приходилось. Персонал - в основном любезный и предупредительный.
Номер вполне комфортный. Постель широкая. Ванная - просторная и удобная. Полотенца хорошие. При запросе моментально выдают халаты (что важно для пребывания в санатории).
Очень хорошее питание - разнообразное, с армянским колоритом. Овощи, зелень, рыба, молочные продукты - все было хорошим (про мясные блюда сказать ничего не могу). Всегда лаваш, наряду с другими двумя-тремя сортами хлеба, виноград (в октябре) в обед, варенья на завтра и ужин. На завтрак два вида каш, творог двух видов. На обед - три вида супа, два-три - основных блюда. Хорошая выпечка. Любезный и милый персонал в столовой.
Территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Есть прогулочные тропы. Но надо иметь в виду, что санаторий - в ущелье, не всякому подойдет такая ходьба. Для желающих - фитнес-зал. Бассейн крытый и под открытым небом. Все это - очень удобно.

Cons:

Матрас было бы хорошо перетянуть. Подушки - для любителей низкого положения головы. Стоило бы при таких подушках давать две для любителей высокого положения головы. В ванной комнате иногда чувствовался неприятный запах подземных коммуникаций.

Hôtel idéal pour une cure de repos avec un excellent rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix : tout est compris même les soins : 3 en moyenne par jour, les repas…
Les piscines et le jardin sont vraiment super !
Même la cuisine (rustique) est bonne et variée !
A l’accueil, une seule dame parle anglais et est vraiment gentille !
Le café -bar est vraiment utile quand on manque de café.

Cons:

A part à l’accueil et 2/3 personnes aux soins, personne ne parle anglais, c’est Google trad qui nous a sauvé ! Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais tout ce qui est équipement medical est impeccable.
C’est vraiment loin de tout ! Mais très bien pour une cure de repos !

I enjoyed everything about this place, and I am not easily pleased (check my other reviews). The air conditioner in my room didn't work, so they upgraded me to another room with a functioning unit with no extra charge. Both rooms were spotless, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. They definitely used a skilled designer for the rooms, the common areas, and the dining hall. Keep up like this, people need the places like yours!

Cons:

Manicure and pedicure services were provided for the guests' convenience. The woman would come to the site upon request (she is not a hotel employee). She did a decent job, but her work didn't quite meet the hotel’s standards. The room wasn’t set up for these services; I had to sit in a desk chair, which was very uncomfortable. It felt like having a pedicure in someone else's home, where nothing is arranged for the procedure. Additionally, she spent most of the time talking on the phone with her friends, which prolonged the service and caused her to pay less attention at times, making me uncomfortable since I don't understand Armenian.

In short the amount you will pay for this sanatorium really doesn’t worth it.

The receptionists were polite and nice, the room’s view was nice and the food was tasty.

Cons:

I went mostly for gynecologist’s procedure, but she/he was on vacation. I think is not fair at all, they should have a locum gynecologist. All procedures were very short and in hurry. The equipments were old. They didn’t provide all facilities which were mentioned on booking.com (tea-boiler, bathrobes, slippers etc). Sure I’ve asked but I got tea-boiler which was out of order and the lady told us that slippers are only for luxe rooms. If we knew that beforehand we would bring with us slippers, so one day we stayed barefoot. The next day fortunately the lady who was cleaning our room was nicer and she gave us finally the slippers 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 I hoped to swim in indoor pool, but the water was so cold, so it was not possible to swim there (maybe for winter swimmers would be ok). The food was really tasty, but if you go to canteen a bit late so you might get not all dishes and salads because they don’t refresh all. Also so many kitchen staff is standing and watching on guests while they are taking their food, this really is not so nice. We had booked room only for 3 days, having in mind to extend if we like there, sure we didn’t after all these negative experience!
