Close to Namba train station and Dotonbori. The rooms are big compared to usual Japanese hotel.
The hotel don’t give you a room key. They control the closing and opening of your room. You have to call them on the phone to open your door. I feel like I am on a jail cell and not safe if there is a fire. Owner don’t speak english.
Staff
None
The room is very luxurious and clean with lots of amenities. If you are okay with this type of hotel, then you have a nice big, clean room with lots of entertainment options (karaoke, stereo, movie projector, Nintendo Switch, massager, etc). They supply slippers, pajamas, towels, face masks, skin/body care products, etc).
The room conveniently located near a subway station.
We found out that this is actually a sex hotel. There's no front desk, just a panel of available rooms to choose from. For their typical customers, you pick a room type and you get a ticket with a room number. When you go in, you are locked inside and you have to either pay at the kiosk (for one-time use) or call the front desk to unlock the door for you (if booked online as a "normal" room). We went with kids, and they had their own room, but they were too uncomfortable to stay here, so the staff was nice enough to let us cancel our reservation.
My daughter could not get past the fact that you don't get a key to the room. You have to call someone to unlock the door to get in and out. She refused to be trapped in her room, so we had to stay somewhere else. The staff was very nice and understanding. The front desk did not speak English, but they sent a lady that spoke English to explain how things worked.
If you are a couple, then you might enjoy this hotel. Otherwise, you should consider a different place.
Just cost
Rooms were not clean
Neither water nor bathroom sleepers were available. Not many food optional available.
so many great extras and close to everything
for a 3 night stay we couldn’t get in and out of the room without calling for the door to be unlocked. we had prepaid so it would have been better to get in and out more easily if that is possible. but staff were always prompt and very helpful!
