入室後にホテル代を精算した後はカード型ルームキーで自由に出入りできて便利でした。
良くない点ではありませんが、22:30以降は食事の注文が全て不可能になるため注意が必要です。
従業員の方のクレームたいする対応、問題解決に素早く対応して頂けたので、不満が軽減された。
元々ラブホテルらしく、部屋の中も複雑、ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞﾙｰﾑ入口に段差があり、灯りが暗いので高齢者や足悪の方は利用しない方がよいです。部屋の不備をｽﾀｯﾌの対応でｶﾊﾞｰしている感じのﾎﾃﾙ。窓は雨戸でしめられているので外の光は入らず真暗です。休息向きです。
チェックイン時の説明と予約確認が不十分。全て自動化されていて、部屋に入ってから電気のつけ方等戸惑う事が多かった。支払いはｸﾚｼﾞｯﾄｶｰﾄﾞで部屋の入口の機械で行います。朝食付で予約した時は、朝5時までに予約しないと食べ損ねます。今の時期はウェルカムドリンクが出ます。この朝食要予約の説明はないので、チェックイン時のカウンター電話で必ず要確認です。部屋のベットにハウスホンがあり、すぐフロントにつながるようにはなっていますが、TVをつけた状態だとノイズが入って声が聴こえなくなります。ｽﾀｯﾌがすぐ来てはくれたので、助かりました。部屋に電子レンジ、冷蔵庫はあります。バスルームは広いので車椅子の方が入浴と休息に使われるには向いているかもしれません。但し必ず付添が要ります。
