Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Everything. Not one complaint about the entire hotel (apart from the outside) interior, rooms, service, facilities, amenities, price...excellent hotel and staff. We even got the smoking room because it was the cheapest and unlike other smoking room, it did not smell even faintly of smoke. It was clean, organized and fragrant. Exceeded all expectations, the only other times we get rooms and service like this is when we stay in Ryokans for at least 8 times the price (not kidding)

Cons:

The outside look and location. On the outside it looks like a Combine factory or Nova Prospekt from Half Life 2 but on the inside its amazing. Nothing short of exellent service and clean rooms.

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff and everything we needed in the room.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The room was well-equipped with a TV, refrigerator, and microwave oven. There was also free coffee available.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything was good.
