便乗ぼったくり料金で、予約してからラブホテルだという案内があり、キャンセルもできなかった。最低！

Cons:

朝食付きで料金を支払ったのに、朝食は付いていなかった。カウンターのカップ麺の提供があっただけでした。
部屋から清算手続きをして降りたのに、ロビーカウンターに人がおらず、何度もベルを鳴らしてようやく人が出てきた。
衣服も乱れて髪もぼさぼさ。きっと寝過ごしていたのだと思う。

立地条件の良さとスタッフさんの対応の良さ
Pros:

スタッフさんのご配慮、無料ドリンクサービス、アメニティのレンタルが良かったです。
立地条件の良さには驚きました。
今回嵐のツアーのために予約したのですが、地下鉄が近くAOAO SAPPOROや味噌ラーメン等の北海道名物のお店等が周辺にあり、プレミストドームも近くツアー、観光共に充実しました。

Cons:

2泊連泊したのですが、2日目の密封されていたアメニティパックにはリップクリームが入っていたのに、1日目の洗面所に並べられてるリップクリームは無かった状態でした。
唇が乾燥していたので欲しかったです…
フロントに電話したら持ってきてくれました。
また、おトイレに流されていないトイレットペーパーが残っていてちょっとびっくりしました。
スタッフの方々はすごく優しかったです。

Pros:

シャンプーが選べて、お部屋に持って行けるところと、ウェルカムドリンクの種類が豊富だったことです！
朝食のパンも四種類くらいから選べて、味も美味しかったです〜！
スイートルームだったので、温水プールのような部屋もあって堪能させてもらいました！！

Cons:

こちらの確認ミスかもしれないですが、
冷蔵庫が、カーテンの裏にあって分かりにくかったです…

Pros:

アメニティーも充実していたし、シャンプー&コンディショナー&ボディーソープも沢山の中から気に入ったものを使うことも出来て凄く良かった。
ドライヤーは置いておる所はあるが、ヘアアイロンまで置いてるとこは無いように思うので良かった。

Cons:

廊下が暗く部屋の鍵穴が見づらく鍵を入れづらかった。

入浴剤の量が少なかった。

Perfect.
Pros:

Glorious rooms for Japan. Huge layout, beautiful bath, fridges stocked with drinks, staff were helpful and not rude to foreigners, they made checking in easy. The hotel is discreet and perfect for its intended use.

This is an establishment operating under the guise of a hotel but actually providing illicit sexual place. Located in a red-light district, the hotel's interior is strangely decorated. The front desk staff completely misunderstands English, making communication impossible. Booking.com irresponsibly fails to provide legitimate travelers with the necessary safeguards against such establishments. When we cancelled our booking before check-in, Booking.com did not fulfill its obligation to refund our money.

Pros:

The room is really nice and big and the bed is super comfortable.the bathroom is huge and the rooms are very quiet.

Cons:

The free breakfast was disappointing. It is just cup noodles. The wifi is crap but my cell service worked fine so that wasn’t really a problem for me.
