Peaceful and very comfortable

Perfect for short stay to explore the surrounding areas.

Everything! It was well equipped, very clean and extras were added for comfort and delight (e.g. stocked fridge, towelling robes, toiletries and wine). It also has air conditioning and moody lighting which created a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful place and very quiet. The Ark has everything you need inside, warm and comfortable. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. There's a cafe in a few minutes walking distance nearby too and some great rural walks
Whilst the photos show the cabin surrounded by water, the tide was out most of the time of our stay which meant we were surrounded by mud instead of water. Price wise I think it's a little expensive. A few imperfections here and there such as the broken handle on the large circular window, fairy lights not working on the outside tree plant, we also couldn't get the surround sound system working on our phones despite the given instructions.
Excellent breakfast did not expect that level of provisions, we were very satisfied with our stay.l

What a great place for a quiet, relaxing 24 hours. Perfect size for two people and fully equipped with everything you need. Slept so well, really comfy bed. Complimentary Prosecco and a lovely breakfast of yoghurt, berries, sour dough, croissants and jam. The sun shone and we just enjoyed the glorious harbour views from the deck.

The location is beautiful. The property was so well equipped, communication with the owners was superb and it was spotless. There were so many thoughtful touches that make this a brilliant place to stay. Not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.
I loved the clever design.
Really well designed small space experience. Great location when the tide is in - loved chilling on the terrace weather permitting with an option of creating an indoor seating arrangement.

We paid £250 per day and seeing the accommodation and location we felt it was over priced. The room and the balcolny does not have good views to chill. The room is very small. Bathroom has a shower which gets toilet and sink wet. Its very small and not practical.
The setting was stunning, inside its furnished to a highly high standard and is immaculately clean. It’s was the perfect cosy tranquil place to recharge.
The Fridge could be a little bit bigger that’s me being really picky and it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Located in a tidal marina - (at the time of our stay high tide was early and late) - so most of the time it was sitting in mud and the view was mud.
