Personal is pleasant, but they don't speak english at all. Quite big room and bathroom.
I was travelling with my teenager son for F1 races in Suzuka. The hotel suggested me a room for adult and a child, however it's a motel for night adventures - everything in room was meaning it - brochures advertising intime toys, vending machine with intime stuff. I think the hotel must avoid hosting families with children under 18 years. We got a smoking room where non-smoking person can't even be for a while because of smell! But stuff was pleasant and after my request gave us a non-smoking room. Terrible location, the only way to get it from Nagoya is airport bus, which cost 700 yen per person one way. No shops, no cafees around, the only MC Donalds nearby and we were happy having it for breakfast or late lunch. We couldn't find any other place due to a busy F1 time, but never ever staying there.
The staff were very cooperative over the phone and allowed me to park my vehicle on their outside parking area . Very helpful.
