期待通り満足。
Pros:

石川町駅すぐ。中華街も徒歩圏内。夜は静か。アメニティや設備が充実。
バスルーム広く、ベッドも快適だった。
スタッフがすごく親切丁寧。

Cons:

出入りは毎回フロントに電話してロック解除してもらうのはやや手間。
普通のテレビ（地デジ）は見られず、VODやネットTVのみ。時間間隔がわからなくなる時も。

とても親切なホテル
Pros:

毎回横浜に行く時は利用させてもらってます。今回は雪の為高速が通行止めになり急遽キャンセルになってしまいましが、とても誠意のあるご対応をして下さり大変感謝しております。また利用させてもらいます。

Great for short stay and very comfy despite the few limitations.
Pros:

Large room with lots of amenities for a short stay, including en suite, bar fridge, microwave, hair dryer, shampoo etc. Smart TV. Controls for the room (lights, air conditioning) are right next to the bed. Quiet (didn’t hear anyone outside or door sounds). 3 min walk from Ishikawacho station. Very near Chinatown (lots of food options).

Cons:

Need to call reception to get in and out of the room. Hot water is not hot enough for cooler days.

Appartement incroyable
Pros:

Appartement immense avec grande baignoire et spa à l’intérieur, jacuzzi à l’extérieur. Beaucoup d’équipement à disposition. Lit grand et confortable.

Cons:

Odeur de cigarette que nous avons pu en grande partie faire disparaître
