Sociological awakening
Pros:

The female employee in the office seemed knowledgeable & efficient in procedures. The room key card door lock was not problematic. Overall the extended transitional housing tenants were cordial.

Cons:

This aged facility suffers from blighted disrepair after years of neglect. Rodents patrol the parking lot at night alongside the sex workers in residence, room floors uneven causing fall risk, bathroom fixtures broken, room dirty with evidence of mold on window sill. No elevator to second level rooms

Cons:

I'll be posting the photos of the cockroaches and broken shower head and half-smoked cigarettes that the hotel failed to clean up in my "non-smoking" room.

I had to service my own room, replace my own towels, and wait on a desk clerks who clearly didn't know or care to do their job.

Nothing. The night manager was rude and not helpful. I cancelled because even though I had a reservation, he talked to me like I was trying to trick him. Rude. Disrespectful.

Cons:

While it was true that I was trying to check in early, and he had no accommodation at that time, he was more interested in his TV program than in doing his job. He didn't listen to anything I had to say. When I asked if there was someplace open where I could get a cup of coffee and wait, he only waved his hands and said, "No coffee!" Rude. Disrespectful. It was worth the cancelation fee to not have to deal with him. Ever.
