Cockroaches n silverfish in my room. Rats in the walls. Shower not working.

This motel was absolutely disgusting. There were crackheads and hookers constantly running in and out of rooms throughout the entire stay. The environment felt unsafe, and the overall experience was completely unacceptable.The front desk staff was extremely rude and even cussed at me. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to stay far away. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.Be very careful with your money if you decide to stay here. They make it difficult to pay with your card and seem to come up with extra charges whenever they can. I booked two rooms for six people, yet the staff tried to act as if I had only booked for myself and attempted to charge additional fees. How can one person be staying in two rooms at the same time? It made absolutely no sense. I also paid a $60 early check-in fee, but despite arriving at 7:00 AM, they still refused to let me check in until 2:00 PM.I even explained I just lost everything in a house fire we just needed sleep this bitch say to me I don’t have anything to do with that🤦🏽‍♀️If I’m paying an early check-in fee, I should be able to check in early.To make matters worse, they kept my entire $100 cash deposit because I checked out one hour late. There was no paperwork or receipt documenting the deposit, which left me with no proof. I even called the police, but there was nothing they could do because there was no paper trail. I asked them to review the security cameras, but that went nowhere.This was my first and last time staying here. The property is poorly managed, the customer service is terrible, and the way they handle guests and deposits is unacceptable. Beware of this place and do not waste your money.

Staff is not very friendly. There was late night construction in the room next door. There is repeated attempts to gain entry into other rooms thru the use of force.

Place not safe , it’s smell bad

AC buttons did random things, towels and sheets stained, dont know if it was bed bugs but we got bitten up in the room, saw a few bugs crawling on the floor, sketchy people sitting outisde their rooms staring at our every move

I only encountered a few issues during my stay. One was that the shower knob was already broken, and another was that the shower water would not stay hot.

My biggest concern, however, was the attitude of the staff during both check-in and check-out. I understand they may deal with difficult situations due to the location, but every guest should still be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. The process felt unnecessarily difficult, and I was made to feel uncomfortable regarding my own money and deposit, almost like a hostage to it. Overall, it was not a great feeling or experience.

This aged facility suffers from blighted disrepair after years of neglect. Rodents patrol the parking lot at night alongside the sex workers in residence, room floors uneven causing fall risk, bathroom fixtures broken, room dirty with evidence of mold on window sill.
