On the edge of the town, so not busy less noise. Host family extremely helpful and provided rides for reasonable price throughout town and willing to recommend places to eat a d things to see.
As in all of Vietnam at this time, there is construction going on next door which started too early for me-7am

The beds had a very thin mattress and were so hard, for someone who is not used to it.

creepy police came late at night we didn't call them, just before it a strange Vietnamese guy was chasing us on the motorbike: saying it is dangerous to walk around at night lol
The hotel is very clean. Both ladies at the reception area were always cleaning the building. The room is also clean. The lightning of the room is good. The size of it is fair. The private bathroom is clean and the facilities works as designed to. Towels and sheets of the bed are also clean. The bed's mattress is fairly comfortable as it is a hard and not soft mattress.
There was a lack of furniture in the room. For example a desk could have been very useful. On the other hand I believe that they are still filling up the rooms of this hotel.
Friendly family running the place. The place was clean.
Location. There is no place to eat or have coffee around. The bed was hard as a rock. I was in the first floor and hear people yelling and talking very loud during sleep hours. There was used toiletries in the bathroom from prior occupants.
