I stayed one night there, the hotel is pretty vintage, it has its charm, can be cleaner but it was ok. The owner was not
Pros:

The hotel is vintage, the decoration is old but it has it charm, I liked it

Cons:

There is things that I didn’t understand during my stay of one night, the owner wanted to lock me in my room from outside which I didn’t agree. He didn’t gave me key or card to access to my room, thankfully I stayed only one night.

Pros:

This is a peculiar concept for foreigners. Typically couples come here, see a vacant room and rent it for as long as they'd like. It is by no means sleazy or cheap looking (quite the opposite) and the staff is super friendly.

Cons:

Since the rate changes based on the amount of time of rent, you get locked in the room and have to call the front desk to open up (in case of an emergency the doors unlock automatically) at which point you pay for the rent. If you are renting for a full night, you can leave and return as many times as you want.
