よかったです。
Pros:

ゆっくりできた！
急遽泊まらないといけないことになって利用させてもらいましたがぐっすり眠れました。

Cons:

お風呂の排水溝が詰まっててずっとシャワーを流してると床に水が溜まって来てたのでそこだけ残念だった。

せっかく良いホテルなのに…
Pros:

予約が出来て泊まれるところ。
ウェルカムドリンクや氷が無料でもらえるところ

Cons:

空気清浄機（加湿器）が部屋によってないこと。
タオルレンタルが無くなったこと。

when i was calling about asking something the lady just hung up the phone. i get it that not many japanese speak english but just hanging up the phone wont solve anything.

利用したくない。
Cons:

店員さんの態度が悪かったのと、チェックアウトしますと言って電話したらまだ未払いがありますって言われたので料金に含まれてないですかって聞いたらあっすみませんって言われたけど態度が悪すぎてもぅ二度と行きたくない。

テレビでYouTubeが見れなかった。

朝ごはんの種類をもう少し増やしてほしいです。
