A cama é bem dura pra passar pernoite, pra 3 horas é tranquilo como motel mais pra dormir é bem dura e desconfortável

Pros:

O café da manhã apesar de demorar era bem servido
A prontidão em trocarem o quarto que a banheira estava vazando
a água da banheira era bem quente
A localização do Motel é boa

Cons:

Deveriam ao proporem ser hospedagem tratarem os hóspedes como se estivessem em um Hotel e não como Motel.
A cama era muito dura.
Cada vez que saíamos faziam a vistoria no quarto como se faz em ocupante de Motel.
A demora de atendimento na recepção tanto na chegada / saída e por interfone chegava a ser irritante.
A descortesia da atendente quando chegamos de UBER e dissemos que estávamos em uma suíte de HOSPEDAGEM perguntar se a estadia do motorista do UBER iria ser paga a parte!!! No mínimo falta de sensibilidade.
A falta de manutenção das suítes, inclusive com vazamento de água.

Usei como hotel devido à proximidade do local onde tinha compromisso. Confortável, prático e bom atendimento. Café da manhã completo.

Be honest with your description Motel Le Monde
Pros:

Clean room, but not much else really.

Cons:

Very misleading description (which since my complaint has now been changed) of this motel. Stating it has a pool and a restaurant. Some rooms has a private pool and there is room service food. No restaurant. You have to order food via phone in the room so if you dont speak portugese it becomes a difficult ordeal. The front desk doesn not speak any english which is fine, but it says so in their listing. The receptionist gave me a whatsapp number so we could text our breakfast request (with google translate). It wasnt clear on the menu what breakfast was included. I ordered an early breakfast the night before as I had a plane to catch. It did not arrive on time. There is nothing to see or do or eat around this hotel. Its on a vey busy dual carriage way, so not sure why people has given it a high score for location. Had to get taxis everywhere. The remote that operates the aircon doesnt let you change temperature and it also operates the tv channels which beeps loudly everytime you want to change the channel. Not so great if one of you are asleep.

Pros:

Nice place but requires some maintenance. The restaurant is fantastic and tasteful plates. The high-tech was a plus and we were impressed how good it worked. the staff is fast and professional but need to pay attention to the wrong info they give. Great sauna!

Cons:

The 1st phone call generated doubts and frustration but it was resolved on the 2nd call. We were booked to the Africa suite but the pool was disgustingly dirty, they kindly moved us to Brazil suite which was 10x better and recently cleaned.
