It would have been nice to have your own brush to do a quick sweep on the terrace and lovely outdoor shower for leaves and in the room for sand which gets everywhere! The yoga shala and equipment could have been cleaner.

We had a couple of rodents in and around our room at night so struggled to sleep but expected in the jungle.

The property is located in a tricky spot between the main road and the beach. It can be very difficult to find and google maps won’t help. The pathway is a bit sketchy looking at night but we thankfully didn’t have problems. The hut is run off of solar power so there were times the power goes out for several minutes or the Air Conditioning stops working for a while. Our biggest struggle was with the pest control. We found mosquitos, tics, spiders, gnats and other bugs in our room. The doors are not sealed allowing them to come right in. We also found what appeared to rodent droppings all behind the bed and all over the floor in the yoga room. This stay was more rustic than we anticipated but still enjoyed it overall.

Sounds petty but a few items of previous guests clothing push at back of lower shelves. Yoga offering wasn’t as authentic as I would have hoped but found a place 2 minutes away.

Hytten og udebruser lå 2 m fra affaldsplads. Det var ikke godt og der kom derfor meget røg ind i hytten når affalds bunken blev brændt af hver dag.
Der kom også mus ind i hytten som sked på gulvet, ind via døren til udebruser.
Så vi brugte ikke udebruser.

Også meget dårlig rengøring. Fx lod de muselort blive liggende og det var gammelt affald fra de forrige gæster og meget beskidt under sengene.
Rengøring udføres af nogle drenge som ikke har lært at gøre rent.

Og der går offentlig sti 1 m fra terrassen så der er ingen privatliv ved hytten men fremmede mennesker lige uden for døren.

Det er de lux hytterne der ligger meget dårligt ved bag udgangen ved affaldet og den offentlige sti, så jeg anbefaler standard hytterne. De er meget bedre placeret.

The access to the resort from the main street is confusing for the first time. There are not many signs for the direction of the resort, but once you find your way the first time, it is easy to access the other times

The room was not particularly clean, the boys who clean need to be trained.
The restaurant was grubby, the library books were thrown in the sand, it needed to be swept, and the waiters appeared disinterested. There was no hot water until after 3 pm, if you were lucky!

Overall for the amount we paid for our trip, we expected better. We stayed in places that cost less but were better.
The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom on arrival was not great - felt like bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly - toilet seat was dirty. Also found random bits of rubbish on the floor.
We never had a single hot water shower. We were told on arrival there would be no hot water after 12, but we never experienced this.
Thirdly we asked twice for our safe to be fixed as it seemed to have run out of batteries. Twice told housekeeping would be called, which didn't happen.
