Really poor experience
Pros:

Chandeliers

Cons:

Fawlty Towers on steroids...you had to ring them to let you into your room and ring them to let you out of yiur room!!... only 1 lift worked and ot took you to a staff area from where you had to climb over a spiked gate to reach the exit door....the staff also argued that I owed them money eventhough I paid in advance...I want a full refund..$ 1350 for 3 nights

部屋が広かった

Cons:

12月の真冬なのに部屋が冷房でヒエヒエで寒かった。
お湯の温度設定も面倒だった。
バスタブの足し湯をするとシャワーが水になる。
シャワーを止めてもバスタブに足し湯するとなぜかシャワーの水が出続けていた。
風呂場のテレビも観れなかった。
換気扇の音がうるさすぎる。
全体的に設備が古く感じた。

Great space Victorian style rooms at an affordable rate.
Pros:

Very, very spacious, clean and fancy. Rooms have a Victorian style feeling. Very comfortable and huge room compared to the other hotels in the area. Plenty of towels and bath robes were so fuzzy and warm. Bath Water was hot. Check out is later than most hotels in the area. This place was so nice on our vacation to the theme park that we stayed an extra day there. It’s 100% affordable for last minute holiday hotel stay. The hotel does provide complementary breakfast menu but we brought our own food since I don’t eat animal or seafood

Cons:

The room is really big. First room we stayed at it took awhile for the heater to warm up the water and room. There is no central air which is common in Japan. But be mindful that the separate rooms in the bathroom are a little bit chillier in January. The room was not smoky which was nice since I have health problems. For the second stay the room was pretty much the same style room except the vintage wooden hideaway furniture was a different stain & the room was missing a vanity mirror. The smell of the room was really strong from a previous guest who was smoking. We tried to switch rooms but didn’t have any luck. There was no windows to air out the room so we tried using essential oil spray I had brought with me. The smell was really strong and caused my eyes to burn, headache and waking up to an odd stuffy nose, high fever and nausea. Since I’m diagnosed with an autoimmune disease my body can’t handle 2 hand smoke nor 3rd hand smoke or my body goes into shock. Maybe one way to prevent this the hotel could provide an odor eliminating spray in the room or air purifier. Other than that concern, everything else was wonderful.

Sucks! I wanted to check out, but we don’t have a place to stay that time of stay
Pros:

I like how the staff members treated us, but the hotel itself is not what I was expecting too, we have to leave on the back door, call them if we have to leave and come back. Breakfast wasn’t good. It’s a very odd place
