少し不満かな？

料金も手頃で、食事メニューが良い。
スタッフ対応が良い。

Cons:

モーニングを前日に予約したつもりでいたのですが、確認ができてなかった。
注文の確認する項目があれば良かったです。
でないと、必ずホテル側とお客側に又気まずい状態がおきます。
私が、地元で使用するホテルは、メニュー注文の次、確認メニューで確認後、確定になり、もしメニューがダブっていたり、不自然な注文かな？とあった場合などの時は、ホテル側スタッフから客部屋に確認電話があります。これは、一例です。
ここまでのサービスを求めてはいませんが、確認メニューはほしいと思いました。

はじめに遅れる電話をした時対応したスタッフの対応で口調が強めで冷たかった。その後に電話かけた方の対応は優しかった。

ジャグジーのボタンを押すと風呂場の電気が
