The location of the property (15-20 minutes drive off the highway) was fine, the parking lot was very well arranged for privacy and all the spots were covered. The entrance and exit were both in English and Japanese and were easy to understand. The lobby and front desk were nice and easy to navigate. The elevators either only go up or down which is a nice feature for privacy, if that is your aim. The bed was firm, the room perfectly dark, and I slept so well. I had a room with a massage chair and that was great. Although the real breakfast menu was only two options when the written menu promised 4, the meal we got was actually the best parts from 2 different menu items and basically what I would have hoped to order a la carte (toast, salad, bacon, sausage, corn soup, and a latte).
One truly big thing, unfortunately. They overbooked and sold the room we had reserved. It was an unpleasant surprise to see that the only rooms available were significantly more expensive than what we had reserved, and the hotel did not honor the price of the reservation or even give a discount to make it closer to the agreed price. (The staff member who explained this was perfectly pleasant and professional, to be fair.)
Also, the room looked like it could use some maintenance— I didn’t feel safe using an electrical outlet with a broken cover.

407号室に連泊しました。設備も備品もスタッフさんの対応もとても満足です。ただシャワートイレの水を流している間だけ、水圧が足りないのか温水シャワーが出ません。最初は壊れているのかなと思いました。その旨の貼紙があれば安心できます。
