Pros:

中井駅から近いこと。

Cons:

ハンドソープもタオルもなく、手を洗う時にとても困った。シャワールームに鍵がなかったので覗かれる不安があった。貴重品を入れておけるロッカーがあったが、錆びていたのか鍵をかけられないロッカーが多く、鍵をかけられるロッカーを探すのが大変だった。

とにかく安い！
駅が近い
シーツは、清潔だった。

Cons:

ユニットバスにカーテンが無いので
トイレ周りが、ベタベタになる。
（共同トイレを使えば、問題ない）
エアコンのダクトを、窓のところに後付にしたようなので、サッシが閉まり切らず、ロックも掛からないので（鍵か掛かるようなところの跡はあったが壊れていた。）、その部屋はセキュリティは無し。
安いので、そんなもんなんですかね。
貴重品は、置きっぱなしにしないほうがいい。

リーズナブルだから、割り切れば大丈夫かなと。

駅から近いし、コンビニ、飲食店もある。

Cons:

天井が低い、足元が狭い、荷物を置くスペースがない。
男性の宿泊場所が扉でもなく、カーテンで仕切られてるように思えた。

本当に最低限の設備しか無いが、充電しながら大の字で寝れただけ値段相応の価値はあった。
Pros:

安い。とにかく安い。
ベッドがシングルサイズで部屋も若干の余裕があるから、カプセルホテルよりもゆったり柔らかく寝れた。

Cons:

トイレの個室が狭く、小蠅が湧いてた。
エアコンが部屋毎じゃないから着けていいのかちょっと悩んだ。
風呂（ユニットバス）の扉が閉まらなかった。
