PETALS TOKYO - Floating Hotel

The staff was so helpful, and went above and beyond in every way. Really made us feel special! The rooms were huge and luxurious, the beds were very comfortable. Being on the river was lovely. No movement at night, only in the day when boats go by. I easily get seasick and I had no motion issues at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Petals. The staff is very attentive and caring. The setting was unlike anywhere else we have stayed. Many good restaurants close by. We will miss our quiet and comfortable cottage with its many high tech features.

Extremely spacious with unbelievable amenities inside the room. Heated towel rack, electric curtains, beautiful large windows with views of the water and Mother Nature, robes, slippers, all kinds of toiletries, a very punctual employee delivered breakfast to our floating room each morning and an oversized bathroom.

This was a great find!! Amazing room and location. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve experienced in all of our Japan travels. The room was top notch in every way.

Such a unique and peaceful stay. We only stayed one night and wished we stayed longer. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. We definitely will stay again if we visit Japan again!

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Simple luxurious in every way and make our last night in Tokyo so special for our honeymoon. Tomoko who sorted out balloons and champagne was brilliant and replied so quickly to my messages. Couldn't recommend this place more. And absolute gem 💎

I knew this would be a unique place to stay in Tokyo, but didn't expect how luxurious our room would be. It was really the size of a studio apartment, with beautiful, high end finishes and fixtures, a spacious bathroom with double vanity, large shower and separate Toto Washlet, a table with 4 chairs, sofa, stereo as well as TV, and a super comfortable king size bed. Everything you could need was provided; boxed drinking water, plates, glasses and cutlery, bathroom necessities and even pajamas in our sizes. My husband and I are vegan and each morning we were delivered a Japanese breakfast bento box with a selection of vegetable dishes, rice balls and miso soup, with a hand-written menu.. The service was impeccable and personalized; the staff speak excellent English.
