公園で寝た方がマシ
Pros:

なし。

Cons:

深夜2時ごろに、室内の設備トラブルがありフロントへ連絡。
原因もわからず責任者も不在。その後空き部屋への移動を指示される。
その際、『翌朝、責任者が9時ごろに来ますので状況を説明し、連絡いたします』とのこと。
旅行の途中であったため、本来8時ごろにはチェックアウトしたかったのですが9時まで待機。そのご10時になっても連絡はなし。こちらからフロントへ連絡すると昨日とは別のスタッフが対応。状況を説明すると、本日は責任者は不在となりますとのこと。連絡をとることは可能ですか？と聞いても本日は不在です。としか返ってこず。しばらく話していると別のスタッフに代わり、本日は連絡がつかない為連絡先と免許証のコピーをいただいて明日以降連絡するように対応させてもらいます。と言われました。その後の予定も変更せざるを得ませんでした。

その後翌日になってもその翌日になっても連絡はなし。
連休が明けてDMで問い合わせをすると『社長からの伝言で返金対応はしませんとのこと』とだけ連絡がありました。
責任者から連絡をすると言われ、免許証も提示してコピーもとってもらい、連絡を待っていたのに『返金対応はしません』
非常に不愉快な回答でした。
トラブルの際対応できないスタッフ。
スタッフ間での連絡が機能しておらず毎度説明を1から始めるのも不愉快です。
トラブルがあった際に責任者と呼べるスタッフがいないことも問題かと思います。
また、非常時に連絡をできない責任者。対応していたスタッフが言うには、連絡つかないではなく連絡ができないという言い方。
トラブルの際に責任を取るべき人間に連絡ができないまま営業しているのもどうなのか。

こちらとしては免許証も提示しており，コピーも取られている点もありながら責任者からの直接の連絡も謝罪もなく、お金で解決しようとしていると見られていることも非常に不愉快でした。

Nice stay
Pros:

Cheap! Huge room, interesting to explore this part of the Japanese culture. It was extremely clean. Only one place in Japan where we ca park car right near the hotel (downstairs under our room). Private enter. 15 min walking and we found Korean restaurant with amazing Korean adjuma.

Cons:

Horrible to check in :( You can’t leave the room and return by yourself, need to pay the deposit. Drive in and out narrow for the cars.

Spacious and clean

Cons:

The checkout method is different from that of a hotel. You cannot pay when you check in, so you have to pay a deposit when you go out, and get the deposit back when you come back, which is a bit troublesome. Fortunately, the employees are enthusiastic about service.
