The place reeked of tobacco smoke. It seemed as if someone was chain smoking inside the room, it was that bad. I actually checked the front and back of the property to see if someone was smoking outside of my room. There was no one. I aired the room out for 3 hours and the smell did not even slightly go away. I contacted the manager: who refuse to go to the room and get a firsthand idea of what I was experiencing, I asked for a copy of my complaint, and he told me that he had nothing to write it down on. I plan to call the department of health. I cannot allow this to stand
