接客にお人柄の良さを感じ感動した。
Pros:

接客が低姿勢で親切で丁寧だった。
観光旅行の拠点として３泊で利用させて頂いたのですが、最終日に荷物が多くなってしまったので宅配で自宅に送ろうとヤマトの集荷を利用したくて、でも集荷より早くチェックアウトをしなければならない状況だったのですが、荷物を２階のお部屋に置いたままで預かって頂いて集荷の方にお渡し頂けました。それ以前に段ボールが入手できずに困っていたら探してお部屋まで持って来て頂いて何から何までご面倒をお掛けしたのに快くご丁寧に引き受けて頂けて感動と感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
ティーバッグが豊富で飲み放題なのと、シャンプーやボディソープの種類も豊富で良かったです。
ローブが厚手で柔らかくて最高でした。
また機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたいです。

Cons:

わがままになりますが、メイクをするのに白っぽいライトがあったら良かったです。

Pros:

It was very spacious, alot of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, clean, smelled good, comfy bed,

Cons:

A little far from public transport but not to bad about a 25 minute walk to a local train station.

宿泊していませんが、現金不足でごめんなさいと断ったら、後追いせずに帰してくれた点は評価します。
Pros:

駐車場が１台ごとに分かれていたのは良く、また無料であること。

Cons:

ネットからBooking.comに行き、値段を見て急いで予約しましたが、場末のラブホとは思いませんでした。また、電波の関係なのか、帰り道にカーナビが誤作動を繰り返し、インターがかつてあった場所で今はないところに誘導しようとして畔道を走らされるようなこともあり、残念ですがこの界隈には２度と近寄るまいと思いました。ネット予約出来るホテルをきちんと選ぶ仕組みを確立して下さい。

絶対おすすめ
Pros:

広さ、清潔感、喫煙者は廊下と部屋がきちんと別れてるので、禁煙者に迷惑をかける事なく過ごせる
お風呂も広いし綺麗

Cons:

ベッドだけが、しいていえばスプリングが
ヘタリがある箇所があったくらいです
