宿泊で利用しました。
リーズナブルな料金でしたがアメニティは充実していましたし、室内は清潔で清掃も行き届いていました。
特にサービスのコーヒーやお茶、お湯も注げるウォーターサーバーは素晴らしかったです。
料宿泊金に含まれていた朝食も洋食と和食が選べて、内容も満足でした。
23時までオーダー可能なフードサービスの提供も早く、味もよかったです。

Cons:

パートナーが濡れやすいので、床やリネンなどの設備を汚さないようタオルを余分で追加できないかどうか予約時のメッセージで尋ねたところ、「オムツを用意してはどうか」という信じられない提案を返信されました。
無料で追加できないのであれば有料でのサービスを案内したり、自身でタオルを持参するように提案すればよいものを、「オムツ」という明らかに顧客をバカにしたような対応に怒りを通り越して呆れて笑ってしまいました。
格安のホテルなので仕方ない事なのかなと思いますが、従業員への接遇教育は、していないのだろうなという印象を受けました。
