The staff were friendly and helpful if not always available as there seemed to only ever be 1 staff member at a time. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was good. It was clean. It was cheap and near the university I was attending for a conference.
This is a love hotel and needs to be much clearer about that. I like to have a key and be able to leave my room at any time not have to call reception for them to unlock my door for me. It was generally okay but when I was leaving I had to ring for a long time and then even after I got through I had to wait as I believe the staff was not near the lock system and having to attend to something else. The bed was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. It was like a box with a futon on the top. I can laugh about these things now but it was a little frustrating.
