Pros:

The location of the hotel was good. Overall experience was nothing to boast off. Just stayed for an overnight halt. Rooms were almost clean, but no toiletries were provided.

Cons:

The AC remotes were not working. The lift was not stopping on the 2nd floor ( No button ). No food options/restaurant available. The secured parking was not there in the hotel. Had to keep the car at the ground beside the property. Water was not there in bathroom when we checked in but got it within half an hour.

very pleasant stay overall. very nice people
Pros:

i liked staff very much. super caring and friendly, felt very welcome and well looked after. definitely would come back again

Cons:

hotel needs makeover to shine again, would be nice to reopen restaurant, there is not much choices of good places to eat.
