So many wonderful amenities and great staff made for a comfortable happy stay!
Pros:

They were incredibly accommodating and helped insure that all of our needs were met. They also held onto our luggage between check in/out and flights!

It was a very pleasant hotel with lot of fun amenities.
Pros:

The location was within a 10 minute walk of Ikebukuro station.There were a lot of free amenities like a variety of shampoos and lotions. There was free coffee, soup and appetizers in the lobby. There was a stone sauna that my mom thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

There wasn’t much floor space to open luggage and rummage around, but that is to be expected in a Tokyo hotel room. The price was a bit higher than the other Tokyo hotels we stayed in, but there were a lot of amenities that made up for the price difference.

I would have loved the hotel if Booking.com hadn't offered me a grossly inflated rate.
Pros:

Staff, especially cleaning staff, were exceptionally patient and courteous. The decor was fine. There seemed to be a lot of free amenities available, though I did not try them.

Cons:

The price Booking.com gave me was double the price advertised at the front counter in Japanese.

Tolles (Love- &) Hotel

Dekoration ist sehr ansprechend, kostenlose Getränke u Alkohol, kostenlose mini Küchlein u Croissants. Zimmer sauber mir riesigen TV. Bad mit TV. Alles wirklich toll eingerichtet
viele kostenlose Zusatzartikel und Pflegeprodukte.

Cons:

ich bin 14:30 angekommen. Check-In ist 15:00. Ich musste lange Diskussion halten, ob ich zumindest meine Koffer bereits im Hotel belassen kann um die Stadt in der Nähe zu erkunden und etwas zu Essen. Erst nach langem Hin und Her haben sie meine Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht, ich selbst darf es aber erst ab 15:00 betreten, ansonsten Zuzahlung fällt. Was für ein Schwachsinn.

Das Comfort - Zimmer wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es in Realität ist. Das Doppelbett ist ca 120cm breit. Am Boden gibts kaum Platz für 2 Koffer. Für mich als Single alles ausreichend.

Private bath and massage chair are excellent! The staff who assisted us is so nice. She’s not japanese and i forgot to ask her name. Maybe indian or someone like that

Pros:

Everything about this hotel is excellent and would definitely stay here again in future trips and plenty of shops and restaurants in ikebukuro and easy to travel by train which is only 5 mins away.
