親切で館内も清潔
Pros:

とても対応が、親切でした。朝食食べに行ったときもコインランドリーの100円玉なくなって両替に、行ったときもとても親切に対応していただきました。

今回も２度目の宿泊でしたが、またここに泊まりたいです。

Muy buena ubicación y para lo caro que son los alojamientos en Tokyo buen precio

Cons:

Hay 3 cosas a tener en cuenta:
1- se deben dejar los zapatos en un locker en la entrada, no se puede andar calzado en ninguna parte del establecimiento
2- no tiene duchas privadas, son baños públicos(separados por sexo, osea el baño solo para hombres y el baño solo para mujeres), así qué si eres vergonzoso/a o transgénero puede ser un problema
3- si tiene problemas para dormir por ruidos, se escucha todo en las cápsulas

何度でも泊まりたい
Pros:

大浴場がついているので、ゆっくり足を伸ばしてやすめるところ。
エレベーターがあるので階の行き来も苦にならない。

Cons:

時期的な問題で、ゴールデンウィーク中だったのでラウンジが混雑していたこと。

You have all the necessities at this capsule hotel! Highly recommend if you just need a space to stay overnight in Tokyo.

Cons:

It can get quite warm in the capsule during the night, not sure how it is managed in the summer (I was there in April).

駅から近く、値段も安くコスパがいい。
小柄な自分には十分なスペースで、ベットも清潔、快適に過ごせた。東京に来る事があればまた利用したい。　

Cons:

強いて言えば、脱衣所が狭く混んでいる時間帯は着替えるのが大変だった。
