Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité de la tour de Bayterek. On se croirait vraiment dans un vaisseau spatial, ambiance Star Wars. La jeune fille de l'accueil qui parle bien anglais, très gentille, qui m'a aidé pour l'utilisation de la machine à laver. Le reste du personnel, très sympathique aussi. La cuisine et la salle de séjour bien équipées et spacieuses.

Cons:

La ventilation à l'intérieur du lit capsule n'était pas assez forte, même s'il faut fermer la porte pour pouvoir mieux ressentir, dommage. Il manquait une machine à faire sécher les linges car on était obligé de faire sécher nos linges sur les étendoirs qu'on avait à disposition dans nos chambres mais c'était souvent plein. Il y avait des cabines où les tuyaux de douches étaient endommagés, dommage mais je suis sûr qu'à l'avenir, tout sera réparé. C'est aux voyageurs aussi de faire attention au matériel qu'ils utilisent.

Cons:

Er staat geadverteerd dat de kamers airco hebben maar dat is er niet. De kamers worden veel te warm en zijn slecht geventileerd waardoor het niet mogelijk is er te slapen. Het is ook niet mogelijk de verlichting volledig uit te schakelen.

Pros:

Its facilities, decoration, location. Used both types of capsules, on my arrival in Astana a double bed with toilet and on my departure after arriving from Baikonur a single capsule.

There are cheaper and better options around Astana. No recommendation
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Consoles of the capsules are broken (sockets wobbly, AC not working, lights unintentionally are turning on and off when you move), mattress is thin and therefore very uncomfortable to sleep. I had to put my blanket underneath to not feel the bottom of the bed. It was very hot in the rooms. It’s not soundproof at all as the hallway is connected to the entrance. There were 7 or 8 unsupervised kids running around in the hallways screaming up until past midnight. Staff didn’t bother to intervene even when I asked them to take control of the situation two nights in a row. They said they are not responsible. Then who is? What are kids doing in a hostel? The kitchen is very dirty. Nobody is cleaning their dishes. The bathroom needs a lot of fixing. Shower hoses are leaking therefore barely water pressure. Several of the sinks are broken and unusable.
