No sound proofing in these units when built. Don’t expect a quiet stay.

Location to MOA

Cons:

Appears from photos they have more than one unit. 0802 is a Cock Roach heaven. 0802 unit needs attention and maintenance. I would not recommend this unit until that happens. Toilet tank to bowl gasket has needed replacement for a long time and leaking on floor. Water damage throughout unit to old particle board.

Pros:

easy access to Mall of Asia.

Cons:

Furniture were broken, cooking pan were all have burn stains, kitchen cabinet were not closing properly, no instructions how to operate tv and the description on booking . com is not what we get ( deceiving) .

The view was amazing, we were right in front of the sun where it meets the sea at dawn. Mall of Asia was right in front of us. Ate Len was accomodating and so friendly.

Our stay in Jermel Condotel exceeded our expectations. It made our trip more relaxing.
Pros:

The unit is so clean and cozy. The view in the pool area is so relaxing and breathtaking.

Cons:

It would have been better if the door in the balcony could be locked.

It was good, we’d be happy to go back and we recommend the place to family and friends.
Pros:

The location, very accessible to MoA - when we visited it was for NYE celebration, so we had an easy time going to the unit after the fireworks in MoA, even though it was 1am and taxi/grab car was scarce, since wit was just walking distance.

The host is very accommodating and easy to talk with, no frizz.

The place is quiet and peaceful and safe and secure.

Perfect for families.

Cons:

Perhaps an additional sofa bed in the living room, although the host did provide an extra mattress for our son, but a thicker sofa bed would’ve been better.
