Foi tudo certo, nota 7, algumas coisas podem melhorar, mas recomendo.
Pros:

Cama grande, ótima. Comodidades ok, amenidades também. O espaço tenta ser bem decorado apesar de não ser exatamente de bom gosto, mas tudo estava funcionando bem na parte seca do quarto. Nos forneceram mais travesseiros, roupa de cama limpa, toalhas e roupões idem.

Cons:

A banheira de hidromassagem da suíte 14 estava vazando, assim como o chuveiro. O chuveiro tinha um rompimento na lateral, de modo que o banho ficou prejudicado. A pizza que pedimos não estava excelente, mas estava suficientemente boa.

Pros:

Gostamos de tudo, do atendimento, limpeza, conforto, chuveiro, café da manhã, do ar condicionado que gelou mto rápido, enfim tudo msm.

Excelente local para ser utilizado como hotel.
Pros:

Bem localizado e com garagem privativa.
Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Achei que o colchão poderia ser mais confortável, esperava mais.
Faltava sabão e shampoo no banheiro e 2 dispenser estavam quebrados.

Pros:

O local é otimo, o quarto muito grande e agradável, o serviço de restaurante foi muito bom. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. A parte que mais gostei foi da piscina com área de churrasco.

Cons:

A limpeza do chão desde a entrada deixou um pouco a desejar. A água da banheira não estava quente e o ar condicionado fazia barulho. Foram apenas esses itens que deixaram a desejar.

Rude receptionist
Cons:

I've spoke with 3 receptionist during my stay. I did not like a receptionist called Emily, she has the type of attitude that will ruin your day, she is rude, not polite and she will be a pebble in your shoes, wish that management could take a closer look at this receptionist, because she does not have a good customer service.
The other two receptionists were fantastic, top notch.
