Pros:

La situation aux portes du désert est idéale

Cons:

La liste est si longue qu'on ne sait par où commencer... La propriétaire semblait avoir baissé les bras concernant l'entretien et de son propre aveu, comptait les jours avant la fermeture annuelle.

1- On ne peut indiquer que son établissement possède une piscine, et montrer sur le site de résa de très belles photos de celle-ci pour attirer les clients et à l'arrivée dire qu'elle est fermée car il fait trop chaud... Les autres établissements aux alentours avaient des piscines et elles étaient entretenues donc fonctionnelles : nous avons donc du aller chez un concurrent et payer pour pouvoir profiter d'une piscine... qui soit dit en passant était entourée d'un jardin magnifique.
2- Le jardin et les abords étaient dans un état d'abandon manifeste : ça ne donnait vraiment pas envie : encore une fois photos très anciennes sans doute et totalement mensongères par rapport à l'état actuel...
3- À notre arrivée, après 9 h de route on s'est retrouvé avec la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas : réponse de la propriétaire : "c'est la pompe je ne sais pas la réparer" : c'est donc mon mari qui s'y est collé et à remis le tout en marche... Après quoi nous avons pu bénéficier d'un filet d'eau...
4- Notre porte de chambre était délabrée et on voyait le jour à travers...
5- Salle de bain minuscule avec un tout petit lavabo, pas de tablette : nos trousses de toilettes ont finit par terre au pied des toilettes...
6- La clim fonctionnait mal et soufflait de l'air tiède...
7- Pour finir : des cafards dans la chambre...

Een parel van lokatie wat aandacht nodig heeft
Pros:

Een mooie rustige plek om te verblijven. Kleine zand duinen in de “achtertuin”.
Aparte kamers op de hoeken van het dakterras met een prima bed. Prachtige bloemen en planten rondom het voorterras en een aangelegde tuin waar je kan relaxen. Met heel veel oase-dadel palmbomen geeft het een zeer mooie entree.

Cons:

Een wat verlegen host die ons welkom heette.
De faciliteiten komen niet overeen met foto’s. Het zwembad was niet uitnodigend en de waterdruk in de badkamer was minimaal.

Het diner was erg prijzig en ondanks dat we hadden aangegeven dat 1 van ons glutenvrij eet is daar geen rekening mee gehouden met het ontbijt.
Koude koffie en muntthee was erg jammer.
En dat terwijl wij de enige 2 gasten waren.

We konden zien dat de host haar best deed.
Heel erg jammer van deze bijzonder mooie olek. Het heeft zeker een enorme potentie om meer klanten te trekken. Want het is echt een pareltje vergeleken andere verblijven in M’Hamid.

Pros:

The place is great value, right by the dunes, beautiful scenery, clean, in a private farm property filled with palm trees etc.. comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice terrasse, helpful staff, sweet owner. Plus, it has a pool :) . Only five km from Mhamid village but you have closer shops for groceries etc..
