Okay for the money - could be great with a little more effort.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Quiet.

Cons:

More attention to detail in rooms - kettle needs replacing, tea caddy was empty, cups not clean. Hand soap dispenser empty. Light bulbs need replacing.

had a lovely weekend at Oakham and this was all made better with this accommodation.
Pros:

The location was very good central to everything - the only downsize was that the shower head needs replacing as it didnt come out very properly

Enjoyed staying here, would book again.
Pros:

Nice and warm. Very comfortable bed and shower was good too. Liked the little things such as cups of tea etc… Location was bang on for staying in Oakham.

Cons:

No parking. So had to pay to park. Literally the only negative of staying here.

Never stay it was a disgraceful place and rude staff

It was unacceptable they were rude and uncomplient, they refused to clean the room when asked to as it was left with bloody stains all over the bed and then accused me and my partner of it, and the toilet was blocked with a massive poo in it and Blaine's it on us once again , accuses of pouring a can of fizzy pop out the window when me or my partner dont srink fizzy pop what a disgraceful stay it was, I advise anyone looking at the reviews not to stay here disgaraceful place!!
