Cons:

Tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois a porta não fechava de jeito nenhum. Ficamos espetando alguém vir resolver por mais de 30 min. Trocamos e aí o ar condicionado não funcionou no outro quarto, estava frio e só tinha uma coberta fina. Não consumimos nada no quarto e ao sair estavam nos cobrando coisas que ao entrar identificamos que estavam sem os lacres e avisamos na hora. Enfim, bem desorganizado. Não recomendo

Fica trancado no quarto só quem abre é a recepção.

Cama boa, banheira razoável, hidromassagem fraca

A Tv era péssima, não tinha canais bons, se contar no máximo 4 que funcionava bem, o rádio naomtem bluetooth, a banheira é espaçosa mas a hidromassagem é fraca, mas o que mais me deixou decepcionada ,e que ainda bem que eu só descobri na hora de ir embora, porque se não eu ia ficar desesperada e ia embora na hora ,foi que eles nos trancam dentro da suíte, vc não consegue abrir a porta para ir no carro, não consegue abrir a porta , pois é uma tranca eletrônica que quando liguei para recepção e perguntei como abria a moça disse " vocês já vão embora? " Eu disse sim, aí ela destrancou. Absurdo, por este maior motivo não voltarei, porque se acontece alguma coisa de emergência você não tem como sair do quarto.

Horário da saída, chegamos as 21 hrs cansados depois de 10 hrs viajando e tivemos que sair cedo às 10 hrs,m nossa diária fecharia no mínimo meio dia.. essa minha reclamação, sai dormindo em pé.. deveria ter pego algo que fosse até meio dia..

Não sei dizer se "gostei" de algo.

Cons:

Chuveiro, a água cai igual cachoeira, não tem porta na parte de tomar banho, o barulho na madrugada foi horrível, a porta do quarto não deram chaves, tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta, a garagem não tem portão.
