The bed - the bed was noisy when you moved a little, the matress was uncomfortable.
We had a great stay - the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The beds were very comfy, and the shower was excellent. The leisure farm offers lots of fun activities like mini golf, bowling, tennis, and hot tubs, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
When we arrived, the room had quite a few flies as the door had been left open after cleaning. Thankfully, all the windows have mosquito nets, and the issue was resolved quickly - everything was fine afterward.
The accommodation is located in a special beautiful environment, with many leisure programs. The salamis and sausages offered for breakfast are very delicious
At dinner, the main course with game meat tastes very bad (we also told it to the waiter) ,+ a living fly got stuck in the chocolate cake... yes, there are animals nearby, but there could be 1-2 fly traps inside the restaurant
It was clean and cozy.
I did not like the bed as it had two mattresses and there was a gap in between them. The mattress should be a one piece mattress.
I liked how clean the rooms and common areas were. I also liked the receptionists and chef,they were super friendly. Also it was easy to check in, and everything was easily accessible.
Food, allergies: Even though it's on their website that they can facilitate needs, and I asked them in advance, there was only a gone off, smelly gluten free bread available
The breakfast tasted low quality and cheap and was only limited.
Facilities and surroundings: I booked it with children because it was stated that we can easily go for a walk in the foresty areas. The forest was far walking distance and wasn't easy to find. We tried to use the tennis and table tennis facilities but almost all tennis balls were bad, and there were only heavy tennis bats. The table tennis table wasn't easily accessible and the bat was in a really poor condition. The minigolf courts were old and in a falling apart condition, the swimming pools are tiny which was surprising as on the photos they looked much bigger. The room was clean but in the bathroom there was a used and dirty swimsuit left behind by someone hanging in there when we arrived. There was a diffuser or something like that in the room, which we couldn't find but there was heavy perfume smell in the room all night and day which was disturbing.
Wifi was very slow and stopped a lot.
Other facilities we didn't try as all this was disappointing enough.
There were hardly any trees in the whole area of the hotel which made it too hot to play outside. It was shocking as there are so many forests in the area, we missed to be among trees, and it's a shame as we booked it for that.
Was an okay hotel but I wouldn't go back again and definitely not for this price.
The staff was very kind and helpful. Having our dog with us, we were sat at the restaurant terrace during meal times. Lighting a candle at dinner was a nice touch by the server.
We had some great night talks with a bottle of wine by the lake.
It’s a nice place to stay overall, there are many things to do in the area.
There was no room-cleaning during our stay.
The jacuzzis sometimes smelled bad, due to having been used as bathroom by kids. Watch out for the green water😄
