Pros:

タクシーを頼みましたが、出払っており予約できませんでした。
歩いて目的地まで行く事になりました。
初めての所で土地勘が無いと伝えるとフロントの女性がわざわざ道路まで出て行き、
彼女のスマホからマップを開き、事細かに説明してくれました。
その結果、無事に徒歩で迷う事なく辿り着けました。
翌日もタクシーを頼みましたが、予約出来ず。
配車を探すのに手数をかけました
親切な対応は知らない土地ではありがたいものです

Cons:

Booking.comとホテル側との連絡に多少の行違いがありました
