下水の臭い？臭い。
お風呂にカビ。
宿泊税を支払う際、カードで払おうとすると苦い顔をされて、『手数料で赤字になる』との事。
仕方なく現金で支払う。
チェックアウトの際にフロントに行き、電話するも2分放置の上、改めて電話すると、『鍵は部屋において下さい』との事でした。
ただ、安く泊めて頂いたのでワガママは言えませんし、一週間の宿泊も受け入れて頂いたので助かりはしました。

Cons:

18時から19時にチェックインすると、事前に連絡して、了解の返事がきたが、当日、ホテル到着すると、スタッフ不在で入れなかった。お客を馬鹿にしています。この、ホテルは。1時間街、清掃のスタッフに声をかけ、ようやく入室。待たせてすいませんの一言もなし。
入室すると、冷蔵庫には、飲みかけのジュースが数本。ありえません。

清掃が悪い
Cons:

札幌ドームのイベントの夜に宿泊したから通常11000円の部屋が40000円に跳ね上がってたが2連泊で予約しました。予約無しだと65000円～でした。部屋は普通ですが、浴槽内に毛が落ちたままの清掃状態で、翌朝、部屋掃除と浴槽の掃除をお願いしたが清掃は全くされておらず、23時にホテルに戻ったら部屋の電気も付かず、清掃と電気を戻してもらったら深夜過ぎになりました。バカ高い部屋代払ったのが薄汚い部屋で悲しくなりました。時にトイレのクロスは赤黒く染みがあり、不気味でした。
