Cons:

18時から19時にチェックインすると、事前に連絡して、了解の返事がきたが、当日、ホテル到着すると、スタッフ不在で入れなかった。お客を馬鹿にしています。この、ホテルは。1時間街、清掃のスタッフに声をかけ、ようやく入室。待たせてすいませんの一言もなし。
入室すると、冷蔵庫には、飲みかけのジュースが数本。ありえません。

清掃が悪い
Cons:

札幌ドームのイベントの夜に宿泊したから通常11000円の部屋が40000円に跳ね上がってたが2連泊で予約しました。予約無しだと65000円～でした。部屋は普通ですが、浴槽内に毛が落ちたままの清掃状態で、翌朝、部屋掃除と浴槽の掃除をお願いしたが清掃は全くされておらず、23時にホテルに戻ったら部屋の電気も付かず、清掃と電気を戻してもらったら深夜過ぎになりました。バカ高い部屋代払ったのが薄汚い部屋で悲しくなりました。時にトイレのクロスは赤黒く染みがあり、不気味でした。

Very poor
Pros:

It was the cheapest last minute accommodation close to the Teine Ski Resort. It provided a secure location for storage.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a hazardously loud noise coming from directly under the floor for most of the duration of my stay. Despite ear plugs, I was unable to sleep for several hours. The manager offered apologies, which i appreciate, but prolonged exposure to this noise will damage hearing. As others have mentioned, the towels are damp, several dead bugs in the room and the heating and hot water intermittently failed, and I had to wait several hours for a shower.

There remains the distinct possibility that these issues are features of the room given its thematic nature, however I would encourage disclosure of these elements prior to booking confirmation.
