Appartamenti/camere ben illuminati, puliti e confortevoli.
Posizione ideale per vivere il quartiere Saint-Roch, pieno di bistrot, bar e negozi locali.
Presenza di cucina/angolo cottura, parcheggio a pagamento ridotto (8 dollari al giorno) e comodità per soggiorni brevi

Cons:

Vieux-Québec è raggiungibile a piedi, ma il tragitto comporta scalinate e salite impegnative.
Struttura dal sapore universitario/residenziale, moderna e funzionale ma priva dei servizi di un hotel classico.

Piccolo monolocale accogliente e curato.
Pulito. Posizione un po' decentrata ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile percorrendo un lunga scalinata. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Avevamo la stanza al primo piano ed era un po' rumoroso .

super complexe dans un mauvais environnement.
Pros:

belle appartement,lit très confortable,bonne sécurité à l'entrée.

Cons:

lieu avec beaucoup d'itinérants intoxiqué autour du complexe qui nous font peur.
air climatisé portative très bruyante devant la télévision. pommeau de douche défectueux.

Pros:

מדובר בחדר סטודיו במעונות של אוניברסיטה. החדר בדיוק כפי שמופיע בתמונה. נמצא במרחק הליכה של כ 20 דקות ממרכז העניינים. הכל היה נקי ומסודק. מטבח מאובזר, מזגן נייד, קצת רועש, אבל עדיף על כלום (לא יצא לנו להשתמש בו, כך שלא יודעת איך יהיה לישון איתו). חדר שירותים עם מקלחת בחדר.
הגענו כמה שעות לפני צ'ק אין וחדר שלנו עדיין לא היה מוכן, אז השתמשנו בלוקר שלהם בעלות של 5 דולר, מאוד נוח. האזור מאוד שקט.
המקום מומלץ בחום.

Cons:

ספה בסלון מאוד ישנה דורשת החלפה.

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, el acceso es autónomo y sencillo, el edificio tiene cuarto de basuras, lavandería (aunque creo que hay que bajar una app o algo para usarla...) y la habitación tiene de todo: saloncito con sofá y tele, cocina, baño completo y la habitación con la cama. La nevera hace algo de ruido, pero la zona es tranquila y se duerme bien.

Cons:

Hay varios carteles con normas y pareciera que tienes que ir con mucho cuidado por si haces algo mal (no freír, tirar la basura cada dos días, no dejar comida en la encimera...). Tienen aire acondicionado con un tubo a la ventana, así que no sé si esta puede abrirse. Pusimos la tostadora y empezó a sonar la alarma del detector de humos; llamamos a un número, como ponía un cartel, pero no conseguimos hablar con nadie. Luego lo dijimos a una persona del edificio y fue muy amable: nos dijo que puede que la tostadora estuviera rota y que nos la cambiarían o que al detector de humos le faltara pila (al día siguiente pusimos el extractor y todo bien).
