Great location, close to all the action.
Pros:

Location was great, I was on top floor looking out at night. Close by walking distance to Dotonbori river and running man where all the action was. Bed was very comfortable and loved heated and auto toilet.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Nice little hotel in a great area, just beware not to book a smoking room.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location just a minute away from the busy area of Dontonbori. It was like walking into a cool sanctuary coming off the hot streets. The free drinks, ice cream and curries etc were much appreciated. The wall to wall bed was quite strange but still comfortable.

Cons:

The room stunk of old smoke. This was our fault for booking a smoking room. Not sure how we didn't notice when booking but still it was unpleasant and we were unable to change rooms. By the second and third day we didn't notice as much.

Pros:

The location was good. The snack availability was an unexpected bonus.

Cons:

The layout of the room made it feel claustrophobic. There was no where to put luggage. The breakfast was not suitable for western taste.

Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. Just a two minute walk to Dotonburi.

Cons:

No rack or shelf for the suitcase. Even a folding one would be great.

Excellent Location. Within Walking Distance of Everything.
Pros:

Great location.
Love the Popcorn and the Ice Cream!
So near everything, but on the quiet side of the bridge from the Zoo.

Cons:

Room needed a couple of shelves in the corner behind the door to put clothes.

Troppa polvere nella camera. Ho avuto un senso di sporco per tutto il tempo. Così tanti decori e accessori in camera che diventa impossibile per lo staff pulire bene tutto. Letto scomodissimo. Inutilmente grande, per poi non avere spazio per camminare vicino al letto. Usata la camera solo per dormire, non vedevo l’ora di andarmene

Highly recommended
Pros:

I love how it's so close to Dontonbori and how it's very spacious inside the room. I also love the free drinks both alcohol and non alcohol and so much more.

Cons:

The incense at the entrance of the hotel, other than that nothing

Everything you could hope fore and even more!
Pros:

Staff was kind and helpful. We got to our room before the official check in time. The amenities were amazing and we have never seen such a wide range. The room was spacious and clean.
