Can’t wait to come back
Pros:

It was so good we had to stay an additional night omg we are so happy with the Balian hotels we are sad we didn’t know about them earlier but next year we will be doing them for the whole trips

Omg… this is genuinely the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
It has felt like a blessing from the moment we arrived, and I’m honestly so thankful — to the point that we’ve already decided we’re coming back next year. That’s how special this place is.

Everything is spotless and spacious, the service is unbelievable, and the generosity here is next‑level. Free drinks, free food, endless amenities… they offer so many thoughtful bath options that you can create your own spa experience every single night. The free toiletries alone have me obsessed.

And the beds? Pure heaven. The kind of comfort you sink into and never want to leave.

You simply cannot go wrong staying here. It’s rare to find a place that feels this magical.

La verdad estaba muy bien ubicado, pero el hotel era un "love's hotel", telo para los argentinos. Entraba gente por horas, jovenes, etc.

la decoracion fea, el
desayuno no existe. Hay abajo bebidas, arroz, etc, las 24 hs, y eso es el desayuno. Lo q si millones de amenities para llevarte a la habitacion, 😜.Obvio q no hay lugar para las valijas

Pretty impressive
Pros:

The room was clean and very spacious, we appreciated the bath and massage chair after an active holiday.
The free bar included free popcorn, fairy floss, ice cream, curry bar, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The amenity selection was also very impressive.
There was a coffee bar on the 8th floor that was also a highlight.
Netflix is available in the room as well as Prime.

Cons:

We extended our stay for a late check-out, when we went to check out the staff had not recorded we paid for the late check out earlier and requested the late check out fee.
They were able to find we paid for a late check-out already but we were surprised to see the fee they wanted to charge was 2,000 yen less than what we paid that morning to extend.

Paradise or heaven
Pros:

Reception floor full of food and drinks including alcohol and soft drinks and hot and cold drinks. Mega comfortable rooms, plenty of cosmetics even nano steam for face treatment… absolutely amazing and unbelievable high end standard

Pros:

This is a quirky hotel in the thick of the action. Many amenities and rooms with all the appointments for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff who were also helpful with suggestions on places to see and eat. I’ll stay here again.

Pros:

Um it's kind of confusing because it sort of is an adult / love hotel but there's kids there which is weird. If you're vegetarian it's low value on the food. The women who work there are overall nice but it's not a good value except to drink to excess. I speak Japanese as well and idk. The bubble bath and amenities are ok.

Cons:

Quoted and paid one price for three on booking and was charged and extra 310 in an accusatory tone in the middle of the night even though we all went to the desk to hand our passports in. I stay at love hotels (not ones with kids. Kills the atmosphere) and I am used to an honest pay scale. I also borrowed a hair straightener and returned it the next day and was asked about it in checkout. Idk it's disorganized. Not worth it honestly their other properties have better amenities and no kids. Beds are hard and pillows are flat

incredible value, book early so you don't miss out
Pros:

everything, it was an incredible value. huge selection of free amenities to choose from, free alcohol, curry, ice cream, cotton candy, etc. the room was clean and spacious and it was like a five min walk to dotonbori. I 100% would book this place again
