Hotel Balian Resort Namba Shinsaibashi - Near Dotonbori

The location was excellent. Close to Namba station and Dontonbori. The staff were excellent. We had a problem turning off a light in our room and the receptionist came up within minutes to help us. The free food and drinks were easily accessible and good. We had lots of free coffees and ice cream which certainly saved us money. The room had everything we needed and more including face packs and two huge TV's which we were able to watch Netflix on or stream from our phones. The reception area was like an oasis coming in from the heat of Dontonbori. We highly recommend and would stay again.

A very homey and cozy place to stay, with the most of amenities provided. Nearby to either Dotonburi or Namba which is great. Obviously recommended and even i’d like to come back again someday.

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, mit einem Flair der Insel Bali, entsprechend ist die Dekoration und die Ausstattung. Das Personal war zurückhaltend freundlich. Die Betten waren okay. (wir haben gut geschlafen, aber im Vergleich bessere Betten im anderen Hotel gehabt) sehr positiv, dass im Erdgeschoss alle Getränke, Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, Eis, alles für das Bad umsonst zur Verfügung stand, in diesem Ausmaß haben wir das noch nie erlebt, und führte dazu, es auch zu nutzen.
Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, die Lage optimal zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Viele interessante Geschäfte in den umliegenden Straßen und auch sehr gute Restaurants.
Das Zimmer war prinzipiell schön groß, aber total voll gestellt. Es gab sogar ein Massagesessel, aber der Platz für Koffer wäre besser gewesen. So wurde der Tisch umfunktioniert.
Beim nächsten Besuch in Osaka, würde ich es wieder buchen.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado. Na rua possuem diversos restaurantes, fica bem próximo de Dontomburi (ha uns 3min andando). Também é próximo da estação de Namba (5/10min andando depende do seu ritmo). E apesar de todos esses elementos ja serem ótimos, o hotel surpreende e supera as expectativas no atendimento e serviços oferecidos que estão inclusos na diária! Buffet de bebidas, curry de manhã e de tarde, sopas a noite, pães diversos, sorvete, pipoca. Mas como eu disse o atendimento realmente supera, Tanaka foi o funcionário que nos ajudou do check-in ao check-out. Esse definitivamente seria o lugar que eu me hospedaria em Osaka, sem contar que o quarto é grande para os padrões japoneses e silencioso apesar de estar em uma região central. Uma feliz surpresa pra nossa viagem!

This was really a unique stay, different from most any other hotel I’ve visited anywhere in the world, and I very much enjoyed it. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into the design of the room and the amenities. The room itself was huge, especially by Japanese standards. It had a large Jacuzzi tub in a separate shower room, double sinks in the preparation area, and a heated rock sauna room.. in addition to two large comfy beds, a large sofa, an enormous TV, a capsule coffee machine, and a number of other unique amenities. Outside of the room, there was unlimited food, drink, and other treats available in the lobby, and even a top-notch, pour over style coffee bar with plenty of interesting coffee varieties available 24/7. Staffs were quite lovely, everything was well organized, the facilities were in good working order, and the vibe of the place was perfect to transport you to a faraway world. Well done, I enjoyed and would happily recommend to others

Perfect location! Staff were amazing and so helpful and the freebies are a great bonus !! Rooms are lovely and big and beds are very comfortable 😀
