Accueil très désagréable et de mauvaise foi

Cons:

Le séjour a été fortement impacté par l’accueil à la réception. La personne présente s’est montrée désagréable, de mauvaise foi et constamment de mauvaise humeur. Elle a tenté de me donner une chambre différente de celle que j’avais réservée. Après une longue discussion, j’ai finalement obtenu la chambre demandée, mais toujours dans une attitude peu professionnelle.

Le petit-déjeuner s’est également très mal déroulé pour les mêmes raisons : un accueil froid et peu agréable, ce qui est regrettable pour un établissement hôtelier.

Concernant la propreté, il y avait une forte mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, ce qui est un point très négatif. Pour le reste, les prestations étaient simplement moyennes.

Estancia en Uyuni
Pros:

Un lugar muy especial, alojarse en el edificio de la estación de trenes se sintió como formar parte de la historia de Uyuni. El personal muy amable.

En la ducha el interruptor de la luz estaba por dentro, donde se mojaba con el agua, peligroso, sin cortina. Poca ventilación, una ventana con la manilla rota y el baño es muy pequeño. El desayuno muy básico. La cama de 2 plazas muy incomoda el colchón estaba añadido con un belcro justo en medio... Mucho frío en la noche y en el día mucho calor...

O valor cobrado é incompatível com o serviço oferecido, o que é ofertado na Booking não corresponde a realidade. Não compensa o valor pago ao que é ofertado. O café da manhã é muito simples, não havia ninguém no local para servir, tirar dúvidas. Apenas a comida dispostas no balcão: pão, manteiga, dois tipos de frutas, dois tipos de sucos, iogurte, geleia, café e leite. Tudo como se o mínimo cuidado e atenção.

Desayuno básico, pero bien, la ubicación en pleno centro y cercano a las agencias de turismo, pub, restaurantes y comercio en general, además muy seguro para dejar el vehículo, la habitación un vagón de tren, además de novedoso es cómodo. Lo mejor la ubicación y seguridad.
