まさかのガッカリ
Pros:

いつも丁寧な対応に感謝しております。

Cons:

浴槽、水道からの漏れなのか拭き残しなのかはわかりませんが、水が残ってました。
ベッド、入室したばかりなのに、どこのかは避けますが毛がありました。
お茶、コーヒーが一人分しかありませんでした。
ガラスのコップ、封がしてありましたが、汚れがついていました。
何度もお世話になってますが、昨夜はガッカリしました。
