Cons:

lots of emails when i was busy on the journey, why could not send them earlier? A lots of codes to access the different doors and bed. Noone there to help, such of time wasted to figure out these codes. never again.

Sauberkeit und Aufenthaltsräume! Kühle Temperatur zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Unfreundliches nicht hilfsbereites Personal, verstand zudem kein Wort Deutsch. Keine adäquate Hilfe, beim Check-in, das nicht funktionierte, da booking.com die Namen falsch übermittelte. Hilfe am Telefon war nicht zu erwarten, da es nicht entgegengenommen wurde und eine Mailantwort bekam ich erst Tage später. Gäbe es keine zweite Filiale in Luzern mit Reception, dann hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen, da ich falsche Tür Login Codes erhalten habe. Betten für lange Leute eher kurz. Sehr ringhörig und wackelig, sehr unangenehm, wenn Leute darin Sex haben.

The security of the property is their Secret.
4 different sets of security codes to access your accommodation. ‘ Thankful to an employee who accessed and posted mine to their App…Otherwise,
I’d still be standing at the Front Door wondering
what did I miss.

Cons:

The combination shower area / bathroom.
Extremely slippery when a drying process,
nor wiping has not been explained. Of course,
with different customs of the customer base,
it’s not a scenario where one’s case fits all.

A good place to stay if all you need is a bed for a few hours
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the main station. The capsule is comfortable. The toilets and showers are functional, a towel was provided.

Cons:

The facilities in the sleeping room are very noisy: the sliding door of my capsule was squeking, the main door closes with a loud bang. Toilet breaks and departures of other residents don't go unnoticed.

Super clean, it’s right in the center, the beds(capsules) are very comfortable. The locks on the capsule and the whole facility is through a passcode and it’s very convenient
