Couple Friendly Hotel - Sunset

The staff were amazing,they are friendly and very helpful.The room was clean and spacious.The view from the top floor of the temple was a bonus.Great location and quiet area .

The very friendly staff. The owner and his family made our stay unforgettable. We found rest there, when we liked in always busy India.

The location was right in middle of everything but still quiet on an evening. Beds were super comfy. Staff were exceptional. Great value for money.

Exceptional stay!!

I have booked the Deluxe AC Room but the owner offered the best room on second floor at very regional price and we took it. It was a extremely nice room. The mattress was the best mattress we get in India. White Sheet under the blanket was a rare thing in India. I will say the view was extremely good.

An excellent value for money stay in Orchha. We took the upgrade offered by Owner. We had a room on the top floor which was lovely. Very comfy bed. Breakfast and meal options were very good. We arranged laundry which had a v quick turnaround. Owner also arranged our taxi to Khajuraho - which was exceptionally priced , we had the best local taxi driver. Great location too.

We took there offer for the upgrade and it was worth it. Upgrade was not that expensive and made our stay exceptionally good.

We took one of the best room on 2nd Floor Room number 403.

We stayed several enjoyable nights at Hotel Sunset Orchha
The location is great - just steps from the temple with a super view of the town, sunrise, & palace. Small stores, restaurants, transport, neat walking opportunities, attractions, tour guides are closeby.
Aniket & his family are kind, helpful hosts. They accommodated our arrival change and late departure. We loved the breakfasts on the roof - and evening beer - all at a good price.
Our room was sparsely furnished, but large and clean, comfy bed,
hot water, ceiling fans, good wifi

One of the best hotels ever!! I won't be forgetting this stay anytime soon. I've had the time of my life at Sunset and eventhough I haven't left Orchha yet, I can't wait to come back.

The location is super convenient with lots of great options for food and activities nearby. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, super picturesque- especially at sunrise! And the rooms are clean, spacious and so comfortable. With incredible natural light! I can't remember ever having slept so peacefully on a hotel bed. If you're looking to make friends, look no further. My time at Sunset has been so special to me. The staff in particular has been the highlight. They've been so helpful and attentive, and will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. They' re truly special and I'm glad 1 get to call them my friends now. Thank you for everything Hotel Sunset, I'l be back soon!

+ I came as solo traveller in Orchha,from the time i entered the hostel,all the staff is so welcoming and warm,i was so confused before coming here but they made it out easy,from check-in to check-out they assisted in everything .some points i really like to mention :-

1.Cleanliness : Rooms is so spacious with view,you will get direct sunlight in your room which is not possible in many hotels,and mattress is so comfortable, bedsheets, towels, washrooms, common area everything is
clean and give you fresh vibes. Housekeeping staff is so supportive whenever you ask them to clean they will do in minutes

2.Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi speed is great, you can do work cation from this property.

3.Food: They have Prepare Homecooked Breakfast which is really tasty.

3.Location : This is the best property in Orchha ,they have
mountain view from some Rooms ,and also 360' view.

4. Staff : Everthing is depend on the staff of any property,the staff there is cherry on cake , they are so warm, so welcoming, they will assist you in everthing.

Everything at Hotel Sunset Orchha is just absolutely beautiful. Right from the adopted cat you’ll meet at the reception to the views from the rooftop. But the thing that really stands out at this hostel is the people managing the property. Aniket, Mahipal, Mayank and Rinku really make you feel like home. The hotel is located at close proximity to most of the tourist destinations in Orchha. So you can explore in the day and chill with everyone at the rooftop later in the night. I went to Orchha for 3 days but stayed there for 9 days just because I wasn’t willing to leave the the hostel. So if you are in Orchha, do not look anywhere else. This is the place folks. You won’t regret it trust me :)

The place, the people, the location, the room and everything about the place. They helped me book a taxi at the best possible price in the town and in the state of emergency when no other tuktuk drivers were ready to drop me to Jhansi Railway Station.

We stumbled upon this page by chance but stayed there for the whole trip by choice.
The warm welcome the friendly environment made us stay longer than we had planned.
The manager Aniket was sweet warm and kind and so helpful. We felt so comfortable instantly. The rooms were small but clean and very comfortable and worth the price paid.
The itinerary was one of the best thing and the only time I got something like this ever.
The view was breathtaking to wake up to and to stay late at night looking at. The terrace became our place to just sit and capture the beauty of Orchha. Listening to the sound of aarti was humbling experience. This place made Orchha feel like home.
